THANKS UPPER CLUTHA TRANSPORT

WHAT WOULD WANAKA BE LIKE WITHOUT UCT!
There would be.....
No big business so generously supporting Rotary!
No competitive petrol and diesel available to the public!
A lot of jobs not in town!
The long standing support of the Reid family not happening
AND continuing with storage assistance
AND support of Wheels to Dunstan service for the Upper Clutha residents.

Tuesday 17th October - President Fran's Message:

Where has the week gone?
We’re living and breathing ducks at the moment, selling at the Kai, New World & Mitre10, as well as launching into Topsoil Selling at The Heights, Farrant Drive! There’s never a dull moment. Lots of members have returned to the fold after Leave of Abscences and have slotted into the fundraising schedules for the Duck Race, Book Sale & Topsoil Sale and also helping out with PD Supervision.  There has been significant Facebooking, Twittering, Websiting, chatting, getting out our message over the past week. Hopefully the Insights stats on Social Media will translate into sales and attendance by the community!

Deadline for Apologies, is Monday 8pm

Coming up
Duck Race 21 October, Book Sale 10,11,12 November and maybe Topsoil Selling TBA.

UNSOLD TICKETS and Ticket Butts with money: Please bring to Tuesday Meeting

Thanks to our Sponsors & Supporters, as always, for without whom we would be unable to hold these fundraising & service projects.

FUNDRAISING

Progress update with the fundraising events coming up - Duck Race, Sale of Top Soil and Book sale:

1.  Duck Race ticket sales

The selling team have reported the little ducks really sell themselves so they have been having a great time chatting while the sales tick on by.

Radio Duck helped out with publicity as has the Wanaka Sun and our Facebook page

2.  Sale of top soil - Scurr Heights

3.  Book sales

Awesome work book sale team.  We are told things are well under control.

Please, if you are able to assist with these events please call Ken Goldfinch 021 930 655
