· JR McKenzie Outward Bound – Opportunity for fully-funded scholarship for Outward Bound for 9980 District. Forwarded on to Mt Aspiring College and Kahu Youth 15th of March. No response/feedback, as yet.
Clubs can put forward only 1 student for selection by the district. #9980 has 2 scholarships available – value approx. $4,500. Applications to the club, and if we receive 2+ applications, then will have to look have an interview/selection process, which would have around one month to do.
· Youth Exchange – In contact with MAC on any interest for outbound. Inbound very much a work-in-progress, but if sent a student out, believe there is an understanding that then reciprocate with an inwards student.
